A case study on how strategic social media management enhanced our client's Instagram presence

Client Background-

Wendell Motors, a reputable automotive dealership in Kitchener, Waterloo, faced significant challenges in its social media engagement and reach. Despite its wide range of vehicles and exceptional customer service, its Instagram presence did not reflect its market position. Our objective was to assist it in enhancing its Instagram engagement, reach, and follower growth through targeted strategies, supporting their commitment to improving their social media presence.

Objective-

Our primary objectives were to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth on Wendell Motors' Instagram account over a period of three months. Ultimately, the goal was to drive more traffic to the dealership and increase vehicle sales. Key metrics included improving follower growth rate, engagement rate, post reach, post impressions, and profile visits.

Strategy and Implementation-

We implemented a strategy focusing on high-quality content (quality over quantity) and engaging tactics to boost Wendell Motors' social media presence. To improve engagement, we first identified and unfollowed ghost followers and dead accounts. This ensured the audience was more engaged and active, leading to higher engagement rates as posts reached more genuine followers. We then created high-engagement stories featuring polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive elements, which boosted follower interaction significantly. Consistent engagement with the local community was also maintained by featuring local events, small businesses, and Mopar enthusiasts. These tactics enhanced Wendell Motors' Instagram presence, increasing engagement, reach, and follower growth.
